We are experienced. Lets Clean York is a family business which began 10 years ago. We have always specialised in holiday properties and serviced apartments to ensure we can remain dedicated to our specialism and flexible for our clients.

We have a hands on approach. Sue Gamble, Managing Director is involved with all our properties. She provides the quotes and is the contact point for both property owners and guests. She is hands on with a lot of the cleaning herself and has been involved in the business since it began in 2008.

Our service is comprehensive. We offer everything you need for your investment to be truly hands off. We will take bookings from you directly or from rental sites. We provide all the services required; cleaning, laundry, welcome packs, key holder and return, as well as a dedicated and local point of contact for your guests. We can also outsource maintenance issues such as plumbing and electrics. We also provide annual or 6-monthly inventories for your property, advising what needs replacing to maintain star-rated standards.

We offer bespoke packages, Your holiday let or serviced property is your business and we respect your vision for your venture. Therefore we work with you to provide a service proposition that suits your individual needs. We are flexible and able to change your package as it suits. We even offer one-off cleans, holiday cover and deep-cleans.
